"The Cuspirals"

Photographer, filmmaker and illustrator, Alex Puig conducts his visual style through personal experience, capturing his concerns based on social transformation and environmental conservation. Whether portraying the beauty of nature by imagining and creating spaces, illustrating multicultural environments, or simply portraying the fauna and flora around him, Alex uses photography and illustration to relate to a chaotic world full of contradictions to convey a message. of hope and optimism.

His artistic project under the pseudonym The Cuspirals, as a camouflage to be able to make mural interventions in public space. After several years of experimenting and the occasional fine, the project evolved to be formalized within the gallery without forgetting, however, its more urban past. At the same time, Alex began to experiment with documentary photography, photojournalism and travel photography to portray in one and a thousand ways the value of everything that surrounds him, outrages him or worries him.
