There were always women who wrote, composed music or painted, but some, like the grandmother of the illustrator Cat Leo, did not take their works out of the house. "My grandmother was an undiscovered artist, she painted with watercolors and she was the one who introduced me to the world of art," says Cat Leo, a Dutch woman living in Barcelona who has worked as a graphic designer for campaigns for Hugo Boss, Google Cloud Nordics or QO Amsterdam Hotel.
